Volunteer
In L'Arche, we believe that all people have gifts. This is one of the reasons that we call upon you, our supporters, to share your time and talents with us. Whether you have a background in fund raising, are a computer whiz, or are simply willing to "roll up your sleeves," your efforts can be a tremendous help.
Even a few hours a month or just helping with a special project can make a big difference. Please take a look at the brief descriptions of the current L'Arche Wavecrest committees and share your gifts with us!
Administration
Assist with direct mail appeals to supporters (folding, stuffing envelopes, etc.)
Update our mailing database and help send thank you letters to donors
Other administrative tasks, as needed.
Fund Raising
Search the Internet and identify foundations for grant support
Assist in maintaining a foundation database and activity calendar
Help with fund-raising events and identifying potential donors
Work with the executive director to make presentations to local organizations

Home Support
It takes a lot of people to keep a L'Arche household running smoothly. You may help with anything from getting groceries to helping with daily living tasks.
